The Minimum Requirements for Company Registration
- Two-person to take responsibility as director /shareholder (promoters)
- The same person can be the director as well as shareholder
- In the case of a foreign person, there is a different procedure; please contact us
- Capital can be any amount as per requirement, no minimum amount prescribed
- Name of the Company must be unique and eligible under section 8 rule 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. [Apply for Free Name Search Report
The List of Documents Required from Directors/Promoters.
- Passport Size Photograph - 2 Copies
- Self-attested copy of Pan Card - 2 Copies
- Self-attested Aadhar Card
- Identity Proof (Passport/Voter's ID Card/Driving License)
- Address Proof (Bank Statement/Electricity, Telephone or Mobile Bill)
Registered Address for the Company: The company can be registered on residential address also, However in case the company does not have a registered address initially then the same can be incorporated at a communication address also. However in case the company is registered at a communication address then within 60 days of its incorporation the registered office address must be communicated to ROC. Following documents are required for registered address
- Electricity/Telephone/Gas Bill in the name of owner of the registered office address
- No Objection Certificate from owner of the premises [NOC Format Attached]
Process of Company Registration:
