FSSAI Registration / License-
Food License is a permission granted by the FSSAI to carry on the food business. This food License is location specific and is also term bound. It carries a 14-digit registration number. - List of Directors / partners / Members in case of society /Trust with full address and contact detail
- Name and list of equipment’s and machinery along with number, installed capacity and horse power used (mandatory of manufacturing and Processing unit only)
- Photo I.D and address proof issued by Government authority of Partner/Director(s)/Authorised Signatory/ Proprietor
- List of Food Category desired to be manufactured (Only in Case of Manufacturing Unit)
- Proof of possession of premises. (Sale deed/ Rent agreement/ Electricity bill, etc.)
- Partnership Deed/Self Declaration For Proprietorship/ Affidavit/Memorandum & Articles of Association towards the constitution of the firm. For MOA Three Page need to upload - 1st page – Certificate of incorporation , 2nd page – Authorisation for food business activity , 3rd page – List of Directors with Address
- Food Safety Management System plan or certificate if any
- Proof of Expected Annual Turnover(self-attested)
- Photograph's of Premises where Licence required
- GST registration Certificate
